Cuvée - Bistró & Wine
Cuvée Bistró and Wine is a unique gastronomic proposal in Mendoza. A haute cuisine restaurant that also has a Cava that has the best Mendoza wines.
Cuvée was born from the friendship of two friends, Flora and Euge, who have loved gastronomy and oenology for many years. They are born women entrepreneurs and have extensive experience in the business of wineries and restaurants in Mendoza.
The gastronomic proposal is innovative, since the idea is that each dish is combined with a specific dish to improve the gastronomic experience.
The person in charge of Cuvée’s gastronomy is the renowned Chef Luis María Vautier (former chef at Bodega Lagarde) who is avant-garde, innovative and creative in each dish he creates.
